The reservation is guaranteed if a deposit is transferred within 8 days after receiving the booking confirmation to our bank account as indicated below.
The amount of the deposit is based upon the daily price.

The balance can be paid on-site in cash or by credit card. Please be advised, that services ordered in advance such as therapy or massage will be charged regardless of their usage.
Please note; prices quoted in Hungarian Forint (HUF) shall prevail. For prices in EUR the daily exchange rate on the day of the payment will apply.
ROOMS
Check-in: from 3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
Check-out: till 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Times are valid both for hotel rooms and apartments in the Holiday Village***.
The room will be guaranteed till 6.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. In case of late arrival (after 6.00 p.m.) please inform the reception desk on +36 83 534 501.
The ordered board (half- or full board) will be served in the Deák Restaurant of the Kehida Termál Hotel****
TERMS OF CANCELLATION
Only a written cancellation will be accepted, otherwise a cancellation fee will be charged.
No cancellation fee will be charged until 4 days before the date of arrival
In any other case (cancellation within 4 days before arrival or no-show) the charged cancellation fee equals the room price for one person per night. The transferred deposit serves as cover.
ADVICE
Please note; the Kehida Spa and Adventure Bath also operates as a public thermal bath, so it will be visited by other bathers.
