In this heading we collected the questions asked by the guests mostly connected with the Kehida Termal Medicinal and Adventure Bath, the Hotel****, the Hertelendy House****, and the Holiday Village***.

Kehida Termal Medicinal and Adventure Bath

What kind of bath entrance ticket should I have to choose?

We devided the bath into 3 zones: green zone, white zone, red zone.

  1. Green zone: indoor and outdoor adventure bath, outdoor pools
  2. White zone: indoor medicinal and adventure bath, outdoor pools
  3. Red zone: indoor medicinal and adventure bath, outdoor pools, saunas.

Into the different zones you can buy tickets for 2 hours, for 3 hours and daily tickets.

What kind of discounts ensures the Kehida Termal from the entrance fee?

  • Children under 6 years of age can visit the bath free of charge
  • We provide preferental ticket prices for children between 6-14 years of age.
  • Kehida Termal is a family friend establishment, that’s why we offer family tickets for the families: 2 adults with 2 children, into the green zone, all day long you can bath on a very favourable price: 5.400,-HUF
  • Our retired guests can buy preferential retired ticket on wekkdays, so from Monday to Thursday.
  • For the guests with disabled pass we can provide 20% discount over 18 years of age except the red zone. Under 18 years of age we provide free entrace to the bath.

I go to Kehida regularly. Is it possible to buy a season ticket?

Yes, we offer season ticket for 10 occasions for the guests, who come to us regularly. This season ticket is valid until 5th january in the following year.

We come with a group. Is it possible to get group discount?

Yes.

  • On weekdays from Monday to Thursday for the adult groups announced in advance and if there are more than 20 people, we provide 20% discount from the price of the 3 hours ticket and from the price of daily ticket.   • In case of school-class outing from Monday to Thursday , the primary and secondary students can use the adventure bath on the valid children ticket price in the green zone and for 1 adult guardian we provide entrance free of charge.
  • For retired groups beside the preferential ticket price that is valid from Monday to Thursday we can’t ensure another advantages.

What is the function of the colourful plastic wrist watches (green, white, red)?

The bath guests when they buy tickets get a wrist watch. According to the zones the wrist watches can be green, white or red.

The identity watch contains the following datas:

  • Duration of stay (2 hours, 3 hours, all day long)
  • The number of changing box
  • The competence of the zones (green, white, red)

The identity watches allowe or forbide the entrance into the different zones.

How can I use the colourful watches?

We can come into the green, white and red zone through electic gates. We can move through the electric gates with the identity watches. At the top of the gates a register can be found. We have to put the watches for 1 minute on this. In case of right competence the gate will open.

In the bath area at the entrance of the cubicle and int he SPA area at the swimming instructor counter information terminals can be found. The coded datas from the watches can be inspected on these terminals.

The identity watches provide the following facilities: movving between the different zones, opening and closing of the changing box and exit.

In case of time overdruft the guests have to pay the price of the higher ticket.

Is it possible to make use of the therapeutic services with a referral?

No, because we have no contract with the National Health Insurance Company.

What is included in the room rate / apartman rate?

  • At Kehida Termal Hotel**** and at the Hertelendy House**** the breakfast is included in the price. The apartmans in the Holiday Village*** can be reserved without board/meal.
  • Each hotel guest can use free of charge all of the indoor and outdoor pools during the opening hours.
  • The use of the sauna oasis is inclusive. (Finnish saunas, infra chamber, music and aromatherapy cabin, Kneipp bath, whirlpool, Turkish bath).
  • For the hotel guests we provide bathrobe and beach towel.
  • Other free services: use of cardio fitness room, Kehida Fit Programs (Nordic Walking, fit ball training, aquafitness, backbone gymnastics, gymnastics for children, bicycle tour), free use of bicycle, table tennis.
  • The parking is free of charge in the parking area closed by barrier.
  • For the guests who arrive with baby we provide free of charge the following equippment: baby bed, changing table, feeding bottle heater, stool, toilet reducing, potty, pram with parasol and mosquito net.

From what time can I move into the hotel room/apartman?

The hotel rooms and family apartmans are available from 15.00. The complete usage of the bath is insured with a chip-watch after the check-in. The guests have to give back the keys until 11.00. on departure day.

Is there any fixed reduction from the room rate?

  • Yes. At Kehida Termal Hotel**** and Hertelendy House**** in case of reservation for 7 nights we provide 5% reduction, and in case of reservation for 14 nights we provide 10% reduction from the room rate. At Holiday Village*** 7 = 6 and 14 = 11 actions, in case of reservation for 6 nights we give the 7th night gratis and in case of reservation for 14 nights we give the 12th, 13th and 14th nights gratis.
  • For newly wedded couples we provide 20% reduction

Can I pay with holiday cheque?

Yes, the hotel services can be payed by holiday cheque.

Only bath entrance ticket can’t be payed by holiday cheque.

Can I pay with Credit Card?

Yes, we accept the following type of credit cards:

  • VISA
  • MASTER CARD
  • MAESTRO CARD
  • EURO CARD
